What is Applied Behavior Analysis
Applied Behavior Analysis, or ABA, is the science of behavior. What does that mean? It means that it is the study of how organisms engage with their environment and how environmental variables impact that behavior.
How is it used:
It is used to assess and target specific behaviors to change. These behaviors include skills that are not yet acquired and behaviors that may be targeted for reduction, such as mal-adaptive or undesirable behavior.
How do you know it’s ABA:
